Activity, attachmnet is not showing in service portal for a ticket

The issue here is that, in the service Portal page,
We do have activity, where we can see the updates for the reported ticket or task.
But for a Task i could not see the avtivity and attachment tabs, Only additional comments.
Need to know why?
But issue is only for one task activity(updates) is not showing up in portal, not for all. it is getting visible for other.

Hello,
Go to 'ticket_configuration.LIST' table, search for your table and open entry and see under 'Tab Configurations' related list if Attachment is added ? if not then add it.

The issue is, only for one item, user doesn't have activity.
If that ticket configuration not enabled, that should not work for all RITMs
