Activity color is going orange.why?

After executing the workflow of request .I am getting the orange color at the end.

May I know the reason?

Meaning of each color :

Brown - Cancelled

Blue - executed

Green - running

Red - error

Orange color indicates an 'Out of Date' activity.

Has any process been impacted?

It might be indicating that the activity or process did not end on 'Planned End date' and got delayed.
