Activity feeds and worknotes comments not updating!

Hi Team,

I am trying to create equipment instance using change request, after instance creation Activity feed/worknotes not updating for 1st instance, and from 2nd instance it it updating.

what would be the issue here? please help

SO you are saying the changes not captured or update at 1st time when click on save?

Yes, for the 1st instance CI name everything coming correctly but in Activity feeds or worknotes newly generated CI is not getting updated though its dynamically fetched.

Seems some minor issue , are we auditing the CI field?

I can see in my OOTB

@Dr Atul G- LNG No auditing has been done for CI field.

The only concern is for 2nd instance onward things are being updated rightly and why not at 1st instance, 

olt03 value has to be updated in place of above highlighted value.
