Activity feeds and worknotes comments not updating!

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to create equipment instance using change request, after instance creation Activity feed/worknotes not updating for 1st instance, and from 2nd instance it it updating.

 

what would be the issue here? please help

I saw some of your response on worknotes and activity updates, can you please help me here with same issue?

 

I am trying to create an equipment CI using change model/Request, once CI got generated on change task form, worknotes and activities not getting updated.

 

We observed Audit checks everything looks fine!

 

Please help on this
