Hi Team.
We are using the Tokyo release and we would like to use the Email Correspondence Activity Filter to capture email activity and content on the Incident form. But I would like assistance with the following:
1. Is there a way to have the Email Correspondence filter to only show the "Email sent" and not the "Email received" (since the Incident Activity section already captures received emails)?
2. The "Email sent" provides a link to the email content. is there a way to instead of having a link, to have the email content to display instead?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Sandeep. Greatly appreciated.
I already had the Email Correspondence enabled, and System Properties (glides, UI properties) set as you listed in your post, but I still see the link for the sent email, instead of the email content in the Activities section. Is there a way to display content versus the link?
Also, is there a way to just see the "Email sent" and not the "Email received" activity?

Hello Team.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to hide the Email Received activity formatter in the Incident, and only keep the Email Sent. I have tried using a Business Rule, UI Policy and Client Script from older articles, but they have not worked.
I also have not been able to find a way to display the Sent Email message instead of the link.
Any suggestions to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
