Is it possible to exclude logging for a specific table from Relationship Changes?

For example take the screen shot below. On the INC record, rather than uncheck Relationship Changes at the config level (and also not relying on users unchecking at personal level), can I configure something to exclude logs related to specific table i.e. can I exclude logs for incident_task deletions (highlighted below):

Update the 'glide.ui.incident_activity.fields' system property by removing the relations from there.

This removes Relationship Changes as a configurable option (and all logs). I just want logs for a specific table excluded.
