Activity Log - Catalog Task

Hi,

I am trying to develop this scenario:

Any change in variables in variable editor on catalog task form should be captured in activity log (inc. what the value of field was before and after it changed).

Is it possible? Can someone share solution/script to accomplish this?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. The good news is, they are tracked in the record history. Why one without the (pretty) other? I don't know.
