activity.result not working as expected for states

Hi Experts,

I am stuck at the RITM workflow. I have a catalog task created from RITM and the below are states on catalog task, using 'activity.result' the workflow is working as expected for all states except "Closed/Abandoned" and "Closed/Cancelled"

How should I achieve this ?

Hi Rocky,

Did you put the correct choice values for  "Closed/Abandoned" and "Closed/Cancelled" in activity.result=='choice values'

Hi,

 

Looks like other values except 

  • Closed complete
  • Closed incomplete
  • Closed skipped
  • Deleted
  • Cancelled

would not be validated as part of the activity.result. Please refer the screen shot.

The document clearly tells the possible result values are.. Refer this documentation.

The listed states works correctly except other values. Please mark as helpful or correct if it helped you get a answer.
