I need to add the activity of my incidents to the body of an email template, adding images of the activity, worknotes..., for this I was thinking of creating a script and then calling it from the body of the email itself like this "Activities:
${script_example}", the thing is that I have never done it and I don't know which tables I would have to touch and how to do it, any ideas?
