Activity section is empty on SC_TASK form.

Hi ,

I’m facing an issue where the Activity(filtered) section on the SC_TASK form is completely empty No worknotes , No additional comments , No activity logs.

I checked all the ACL's , client scripts , UI Actions , UI policies found nothing .  Form Layout includes Activity(filtered) only.

Any help or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated!

Hi @Anandini 

Click on 'configure available fields' and add the fields which you require to be shown in activity.

even though the fields were present, I can't Able to see as i mentioned in the above image.

@Anandini 

is your table audited?

If yes then did you check any of those fields are excluded from audit? check no_audit=true is added in the field's attributes section.

none of the fields are configured to show on Activity log.

Add the fields by clicking "Configure available fields"
