Activity Stream export from an Incident

I need to download the activity stream, comments, and work notes. Is there a feature in Snow to do that? If not, is it possible to implement it?

There is a 'Detailed Portrait' / 'Detailed Landscape' export from the list. It shows the comments & worknotes. Is this sufficient?

Hi Hayo

As an admin I do not seen to see the extra options you have mentioned in your screen shoot. 'Detailed portrait'

Is there a setting I need to turn on to be able to see this so I can extract the data?

Hi @Shane16 ,

 

I don't think you need to enable anything.

The docs also don't mention it (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-platform-administration/page/administer/exporting-data/conce...). It is only available from the List (not on the form).
