Activity stream from CSM/FSM Workspace has disappeared

Hi all,
I am kinda lost already as I've digged through so many configuration, so maybe new "pair" of eyes will help.
In our CSM/FSM workspace has disappeared a section, where Work notes, comments, basically activity stream has disappeared and nobody knows why. No updates on it, user preferences are ok, I can see them only as admin.
Red box has disappeared from Workspace.
Any help is appreciated!

did you check in UI builder if someone added a new variant for Record page and from there Compose container is removed?
how about other records in CSM workspace? incident, change, problem etc?
is it showing for those records?

Inc, change, problems are not an issue, those are showing correctly. No change in UI builder (no new variant and such).
Also just found out, that some users can see it and some dont. Same roles/group, only difference I noticed is in user preferences.

some users can see, some cannot it means access issue
Is admin able to see Compose section?
Also for non-admin do they have read access to Comments and Work notes field?

Admin is able to see "Compose" section, also some of the users with same access are able to see that section, which is completely confusing me as why some of them cannot. But there is no specific restriction to it.

try checking if property "glide.activity.api_version" is with value 1
Also the field types for Work notes and Comments should be "Journal Input" and not Journal
