Activity stream from CSM/FSM Workspace has disappeared

Hi all,
I am kinda lost already as I've digged through so many configuration, so maybe new "pair" of eyes will help.
In our CSM/FSM workspace has disappeared a section, where Work notes, comments, basically activity stream has disappeared and nobody knows why. No updates on it, user preferences are ok, I can see them only as admin.
Red box has disappeared from Workspace.
Any help is appreciated!

Can you check for other workspace(SOW) is it visible or not and also share the ScreenShot of how the case record is visible in CSM/FSM Workspace?
