Activity to show email stream

Please I need help configuring the activity field to show the email stream when the email is sent

We have emails sent when the state changes from new to access to authorization etc.

I just need to add this email activity to the activities 

Please note, I have seen something add send/receive emails selection to the right column, the only thing is I don not see the send/receive selection on my right column.

Hi @_Matty ,

System Properties > UI Properties. Locate the property labeled List of roles (comma separated) that can view emails in the Activity Formatter when "Sent/Received Emails" are included.

Then you can see that option of send/receive.

I navigate to system properties>ui properties and located the property labeled list of role. I see the roles of which I have an admin role, this means I should be able to see the "Send/Received Email correct? But I am not seeing it. 

again the goal is to allow emails sent and received to be tracked in the activity logs for users to be able to see it and know emails are sending

With the release of Tokyo (or maybe earlier?), the sent/received emails is now under 2 new headings.  See if those are in your slush bucket for Configurating Activities...

Before this thread, I attempted this by adding the emails-autogenerated and emails-correspondence and tested and I did not see the activity on my activity log
