Add a custom icon to the side navigation of the configurable HR Agent workspace.

Hi All,

We are supposed to add phone icon which comes from the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) available in the left side navigator panel in Configurable Workspace to display the call history of the agent. Please suggest where can I create the URL path and the icon to it.

What I am expecting is to make the phone icon which comes from the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) available in the left side navigator panel in Configurable Workspace.

And the thread you posted points to the contextual side bar which is being placed in the right side of the agent workspace.
