Meraki integration - triggering ServiceNow Events opposed to Incidents

Hi,

 

The Meraki Service Graph Connector talks about Meraki events triggering incidents in ServiceNow.

Is anyone triggering Events and if so, what was your approach?

I am having a similar issue with SG for Meraki where it says it fails to authenticate when trying to post an incident, however I followed the guided setup and reviewed Meraki's Documentation and used the new syntax where the secret is username:password. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
