Add a custom message on attachment window when clicked on manage attachments

Hi team,

how can i add a custom message on the attachment page without making changes on OOTB UI page of attachment.

update or created a new entry in sys_ui_message table for attachment message.

if you don't wish to touch OOTB attachment UI page then

-> create a copy of that OOTB attachment UI page and add the message there

-> then call this via UI action on form

How to show custom attachment UI page text for just one specific CSM Catalog item.
