Add a maintenance and blackout schedule

I am adding a maintainance schedule entry and a blackout schedule entry. When I select the 'show schedule' in the entry, it shows . When I run a Change schedule , neither of the maintainance or blckout periods show on the schedule.

great - can you show me how you set up the maint/blackout schedules so I can repliacte them?

The screen shot seems to display the blackout window if there is a CI affected in the change, we really need to see the blackout and maintainace windows even if there is not a CI affected in a change

I think this is what OOTB available, and this is as per design. Try to change the type of MW/ BW from ICI / Service to Change but I doubt we can achieve this - if there is not a CI affected in a change

I have managed to get to this state which is better - it is run using the conflict calendar - we really want a conflict calendar across the whole environment - this example only shows the current change record
