Hello, I have a question as to the possibility to configure the Landing Page of HR Agent Workspace to comply with my requirements.
I have two requirements:
- If it's possible to show in the cases cards the next opened task of each case;
- Make a new card equal to all the other three, but pertaining to opened tasks assigned to me with the name of the task, name of the associated user (subject person) and due date.
I managed to change the data visualization to display all the active tasks, but further than that I'm not sure how to proceed, or if it's even possible to change the cards to display tasks instead of cases
My main issue is I don't know where these values are coming from, I checked the data sources and even created one for the fields I want from the tasks, but there isn't any with these informations
Any help or direction to any helpful resource would be greatly appreciated!
