Hello,
I'm trying to add the OOB Incident field of 'caller_id' to the task table column list so it is selectable as a personalized list item when personalizing your view of Incidents from the task table.
I have created a new column entry on the task table; u_caller_id
And I can now filter/personalize using this column entry, but it is empty when viewing on the list.
I think I may need to add calculated values for it to pull the caller from the Incident, but I am having trouble with this. Any recommendations?

Hi there,
That sounds like a really weird approach. Only for displaying a Incident field, on a Task list, your creating a similar custom field so it can be displayed on the Task table? Did you consider investigating a different approach and of course is the requirement it worth?
Kind regards,
Mark
