Add background color to field in Workspace

I want to add background color to 'overall status' field in project workspace.
The behaviour is working as expected on native UI but on workspace it is not working.
I checked the OOB Client script, but could not help.
Could anyone please help me out

not possible using field style.

you will have to use UX Highlighted values and conditions

you should find many OOB ones and create yours following on that direction
