Add baseline to Platform Analytics Dashboard

Hello!

Is it possible to add a baseline to a dashboard in Platform Analytics? I have a MTTR Dashboard based on incidents and would like to add a baseline/target to the dashboard. The dashboard is great, but I would like to see a target goal for resolution time. Is this possible?

The Dashboard is a bar chart that is based on the incident table. Metric is average business duration and is trending by month resolved.

Where it shows a Target under the Measurement artifact in the data definition tab" section.  Seems to be stored in the 'pa_targets' table.
