add button in multi row variable set is not working for specific user

Hi,

I have a multi row variable set in my record producer. As an admin, when i click on the 'Add' button its working and i can add a new row.

When I impersonate a vendor contact user with sn_slm.contact role and i click 'Add', nothing happened, i dont have the option to add new rows.

on which record producer? OOTB or custom

which portal?

@Ankur Bawiskar the error does not come when admin tries to click 'Add'. its a custom record producer

did you check that same record producer with some other non-admin user?
