Add button on dashboard and attach PDF to a knowledge base.

Hello dear community, I need help:

I need to know if it is possible to insert a button as follows in a dashboard view (I already tried to create a UI Action in the "pa_dashboard" table and it didn't work).

Then I need to know if when generating the dashboard PDF this (by means of the button or "ui action") can be automatically attached to a knowledge base so, in this way, our client can make notes, observations, etc and then can publish this in knowledge base.
