Thank you so much! I have looked everywhere for information on how to do this. This is the easiest to follow description I've found!

Hi,

Is there a way to add active change tickets to the carousel.?

From the page form (App Navigator | Service Portal | Pages | <PAGE>), I had to click on "Open in Designer" Related Links.  Then, I was able to follow the steps above to successfully implement the carousel.  I was not able to get the carousel to work/display by adding it to the page via the page form.  I noticed that my carousel was not an "Instance of Carousel," it was just an "Instance."  Perhaps that caused an issue?
