Add Cart button not visible in VTB

Hi All,

What is the required role in order to have this button?

I need to grant it to the user that dont have this option:

It depends on what table the cards are on (they are simply a different visualization of a record). So you need to have the permission to create a record on the table for which the card is meant.

1. Check the VTB's board Task table (e.g. pm_project_task) at the vtb_board > https://{your-instance}.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/vtb_board_list.do > locate the VTB board and then see the ACL on that table selected in the Task table field, and adjust the ACLs accordingly to your needs (remove/change the create rights).

2. on the same record, check whether the user is added to the Board members related tab
