Add catalog record producer to service portal page

Hello,

I have a record producer that I need to add to a service portal page. I have seen some recommend using a URL widget to achieve this, but I am not seeing that widget in the portal page designer. Any help is appreciated.

When I added the SC Catalog Item I get this:

Also I don't see where I can enter in the URL of the record producer

Yes that's correct. That's the part about passing "&sys_id=3c29786e87133200e0ef0cf888cb0bdf" to the URL of the page you are adding this on.

The image I pasted, was the Knowledge page with URL:
https://my-instance.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_view2&sys_id=3c29786e87133200e0ef0cf888cb0bdf

So this way the SC Catalog Item widget knows which Catalog Item / Record Producer.

I find this very helpful the only issue I have is I do not know how I would go about adding sys_id as an instance option for the cloned widget.

Is there an article or thread that I can use to accomplish this?
