I am attempting to add a block to an existing email notification/template. My goal is for a user to submit a new INC and to have any initial attachments submitted by the user as well as the description that they filled out to appear at the bottom of the email notification that we currently have set up. The challenge is that we would want this initial attachment and description block to remain static when firing in response to emails pertaining to that INC. In other words, we only want the initial attachment and description to be captured, not any new updates to those fields.
Would this potentially involve a script pointing to the journal entry table? I don't have much experience scripting yet so any thoughts or links are appreciated!
