Add description under my request >> request, on the form , beside the state and update field.

Hello,

I am looking to add the description field under the My request , so the user can see the status of - request , state , updated along with the description field beside them. currently it is only visible the Request - state - updated, need the description field also. i have attached the screenshot kindly provide the solution.

Will have to update Widget HTML to add Description Column and Server Side Script to pull Description

Like this you have to update for Description

And Update Server Side Script

Pull the description field in your case
