Add External Dependency Configuration

Hi,

In new project workspace (navigating from Workspaces in the top menu bar), when you right click on a project task, a number of options appear, one of which is to Add External Dependency. This generates the Add External Dependency pop up, but Dependency type = Soft is greyed out. Does anyone know where this is configured (I tried searching ui policies but couldnt find anything) as we want both Hard and Soft to be selectable

Update from Servicenow:

Unfortunately, the soft dependencies are not supported in the new project workspace. 
For soft dependencies, we need to send notifications to the dependent project manager, and the notifications are not customizable on the new workspace yet. 
We will support the soft dependencies once the platform team makes the notification customizable.
