Mid server issue : file discovery whitelist is missing, forcing re-sync

I'm getting this issue in the mid server issues: "file discovery whitelist is missing, forcing re-sync".

My mid server is getting down continuously. If I try to start the service manually, it turns up but turns down immediately in 5..10 seconds.
