Add fields to Service Operations workspace and encrypt the field

Hello 

 

I am looking to add a PII field to my service operations workspace, but not sure how to even start. On any normal form I can just right click, select, configure and then proceed to adding the fields that I did like to add. But right clicking does not work for the configure incident workspace. Can I get help on how to configure this form?

 

How can I add a string field called PII, encrypt data  entered within this field and make this only visible to members with PII user permission.

Hi @June Anderson  : If i am not wrong, you want to add fields on "Service operation workspace" incident form ?

If this is your requirement , you can add fields as you were doing on native UI by right click on header>> Configure>> Form layout >> Select view as "Service Operation workspace" and add those columns which you want to show on service operation workspace incident form.

To make field visible specific to some conditions please use client side script or UI policy , it will work on workspace as well.
