Add icons to Request Item categories in Portal

How can I add an icon to a Request Item category? Adding a picture to 'Icon' or 'Header Icon' does not work as it does not show in the Category list or on the Category page

PS I have quickly tried and for me also it didnt worked considering OOB way but above can be a custom way to do so if I get your ask right 🙂
