I have requirement where a schedule job is triggering when ever an article will expire in 20 days and we are sneding the lost of artiacles in the email .Now i am trying a script to add the kb owner and kb manager to cc .if there are 6 articles which will expire in 20days and those articles are belongs to different kb bases the i need to add the cc of kb owner and kb manager in an email . hrexpering article mails should have only hr kb owner and kb manager in cc and it expering articles should have only it kb owner and kb manger in cc.please help me inthis
