Couple of questions regarding App registry
1) Do we have an option to add midserver to App registry to fetch token? As the token endpoint I am trying to reach is on premise. I able to get the token via REST Message but wanted to confirm if its possible via App Registry?
2) If I have to send additional params to fetch token as URL encoded how can we get it added in App registry and does it send as URL encoded? The option in App Registry to send token as header or URL params is for the associated REST message if I am correct.
