Hello everyone
I'm trying to find out if there is a way to add multiple records/rows on a catalog Item form just like embedded lists. I have been looking at the articles and found embedded lists can be only used on INC, Change management where we have an option to use Form layouts.
I tried to use this app from the share (https://share.servicenow.com/app.do#/detailV2/9a1c883b2b100a00bddaff70f8da153f/overview) but seems like it doesn't work properly.
Most of them have customized this by creating UI pages and Portal widgets (for SP). Does any one has those update sets which can be used by other by tweaking them?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello
Maybe this can help you
In Istambul Service Portal don't work, only work in the UI.
For Kingston Service Portal look this: https://share.servicenow.com/app.do#/detailV2/ccb1ee2fdba45f001afe13141b96195a/overview
I try this solution in Kingston Service Portal and works fine.
You can see my own article about this in this link: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=fea23c14db8917c0032a7a9e0f961...
