Add my requests to breadcrumbs on esc portal

Hello experts,

I'm looking for best practice solution for adding my requests as first breadcrumbs when a customer is clicking on incident/request from my request on esc portal:

did someone implement this kind of request?

Is there any specific reason to add my request to the navigation? It's not available out-of-the-box (OOTB), and I believe it would be a good customization — but one you'd need to build intentionally. It’s better to use the system as it was designed unless there's a strong need to change it.
