Add my requests to breadcrumbs on esc portal

Hello experts,

I'm looking for best practice solution for adding my requests as first breadcrumbs when a customer is clicking on incident/request from my request on esc portal:

did someone implement this kind of request?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar the customer asked a new "my requests" layer so it will be optional to return to my requests from an exist request/incident

f.e

Home > My Requests > INC0001211

okay so basically they want to navigate to the my_requests page?

If yes then basically it's not required as they already have an option from the top to go there.

You can inform customer about this so that they can train their end users about this.

It's just part of user training and you should avoid technical debt.
