I am working on customizing the email reply functionality within the Activity Stream in the Service Operations Workspace.

Currently, when I click on the existing Reply button, it opens a standard email reply functionality. I need to customize the behavior of this button (or replace it with a custom button beside it) so that it executes a specific script or custom logic when replying to emails.

My main goal is to understand where this Reply button is configured or coded (whether in the Activity Stream component, script includes, or another area) so I can edit its behavior to meet our business requirements.
