Hi Experts,
In portal in delegate widget, approvals should skip based on timings like once CR added into the approvers/delegate queue at 2:00 PM and approver should approve within 4 hours if missed then it should skip that approval and trigger for first delegate. still delegate missed to approve that , then after 4 hours it should skip the 1st delegate approvals and it should trigger to the 2 delegate approvals.
Please let me know the possibilities asap.
