Add Normal Changes in Service Operations Workspace left panel

Hi is there a possible way to add a Normal Changes option under Pinned and Standard Changes(screenshot below) option in SOW when creating a new change.

Sorry but when I went to List of Open Changes in SOW and clicked New it took me here
I couldn't get your use-case

This isn't feasible because:

It is neither a form nor a workspace page.
-
It functions more like an interpreter, which generates a combination of HTML and core code that isn't accessible for use.
Also, there’s no surprise in adding or making normal changes here.
You can use the pinned feature, where you can pin the model you want to work with.
