If my session going to 12 minutes without doing anything on portal…there should be a popup come, and say extend your session if click on popup button. Session should extend for next 15 min again.
Did you get a resolution to this? I just upgraded one of my instances to Washington DC and we are no longer receiving this message - it goes straight to session expired - we should get a warning to extend first...
