However, one condition in Before Your Begin is: Add Slack users to the User table of your ServiceNow instance, with Email being the unique identifier. But it doesn't say how to do it. Anyone know how?
Saw a post in Community from 2019 https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/importing-slack-users-id-to-sn-map-it-to-user-re.... I wonder if is there a new solution since system has been upgrade to Utah.
