Add the column names to the slush bucket.

HI Team,

Can anyone help me on below requirement.

My requirement is we need Incident Short description and Description columns to be added in the Task SLA table because we have created few reports on Task SLA and need these columns to be displayed in sluch buscket .

Hi @sasipriya ,

1. Go to task sla list view and right click on any column and select configure >list layout

2. Now click on task field and then click the icon highlighted in below image and wait for a moment

3. Now you would see all task fields and will be able to view short description and description fields which you can select in the slush bucket and would be made visible in the list view

This short description and description can be viewed in the incident record, not in the SLA table list view. So I want to display it in list view as well. I have tried the same thing, but it is applicable only in one place. So now it is visible in list view, not an incident record and check the attached screenshots.

Could you please help me on this.
