Add timer on Service Portal

Hello,

 

On Service Portal, I want the same Duration Timer as on Major incident Workbench. I am able to populate duration on service portal. But want live timer should be changed automatically like the workbench and then want to add it on below highlighted part. Can anyone help me with this?
