I have a catalog item where I want to add one user to multiple groups. I have groups as a multi row variable set that shows group name, description, and group manager. what I want to happen is when multiple groups are selected one approval goes to a group manager with all the groups they manage in it. so say 5 groups are added and 3 belong to one group manager and 2 belong to another, the group manager with 3 groups hits approve and the user is added to those 3 and the group manager with 2 groups hits approve and they are added to those. Has anyone accomplished anything like this?
the way its working now is each item in the variable set is making its own request and approval so if a group manager is notified of a user joining 3 of their groups they have an approval for each one.
