Add users or remove user from group through virtual agent

Hello mates,

i am exploring virtual gent i am doing a POC, i want to add or remove users from group when user is selected it should show users group if we select remove choice if exists for adding groups should display

I would suggest letting this not be handled via VA. It’s better to create a Request item for this, which you can then call from VA, and it will work the same way.

i have already created a catalog item in VA and used " Request item" in Topic block, but i need to get user group and manager, in topic block it asks for user, group manager as input in chat.

i need suggestion on this

So, did you add this in the item? If yes, then it will come through in VA as well. VA gets all variables from the item itself, not at runtime.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  yes it shows all variables for 'remove user' choice  it asks for user group so the group it should be auto populated
