Add users or remove user from group through virtual agent

Hello mates,

i am exploring virtual gent i am doing a POC, i want to add or remove users from group when user is selected it should show users group if we select remove choice if exists for adding groups should display

Mate, since you’re doing this for learning, here’s the idea: if the request item is working as expected—like it’s auto-populated or functioning correctly—then it should work in VA as well. VA is just an interface where you can see it on the bot instead of going into the form.

Create a request to automate the remove or add users from group.

Then add that request link to virtual agent topic so that users can submit that request to add or remove users from group.

Virtual agent is not the correct way to handle this requirement.

Why would end user who uses VA need to add/remove users from group?

Usually the group membership is handled via AD LDAP or via Admin user.

I won't recommend doing this from VA as it's risky if end user adds/removes user from group

Thanks for response, its just for learning purpose can you please suggest one scenario that are feasible to do in VA for my POC
