Add users or remove user from group through virtual agent

Hello mates,

i am exploring virtual gent i am doing a POC, i want to add or remove users from group when user is selected it should show users group if we select remove choice if exists for adding groups should display

you can create a catalog item and make it conversational and then it can be submitted via VA

that catalog item will have required set of variables like user, group etc and drop down to add/remove

remember there are limitations when it comes to VA and conversational catalog item
