Adding a self created widget to the header section of the Service Portal

I've created a language toggle widget : Solved: Re: Change logged in user's language preference th... - ServiceNow Community

and I would like to implement it in the top section of my Service Portal, so the user's have access to it on every pages.

I tried adding it through the Menu and adding it through the Header's HTML, but nothing seem to work.

I'm fairly new to ServiceNow and the only way that I know is to add the widget on a page with the help of Designer 😞

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
